First off you should have respect and responsibilty for ANY job you take. If you don't then you shouldn't be working.
The issue here is not that someone is sick. It's that they call in on sunday and say "I am sick so i cant come in tormorrow and im going to be sick on tuesday as well". How the hell do you know that? All day ive been joking with my cousin how im going to have a sudden case of measles at christmas and maybe next march i'll come down with pneumonia.

I agree with your first statement... But it's sort of a matter of you believing your employee or not.. Obviously you think this person is screwing around? |

ah...how about a medical condition which lasts a while? cause you know, all ailments are curred in 1-2 days:rolleyes:
think about it moron, you feel sick, you go see a doctor, he says you have something, and the recovery time is 5-7 days...thats how the person knows they are not going to be able to come in on the following day as well.
i dont know if you have ever had a serious illness, but things take time to clear up.
case and point, my doctor just wrote me a note for school/work from 8-12, because i have bronchitis, and am out of comission for a number of days. |

Well when this person does or does not produce a doctors note then we will see right? Had this person said "the doctor told me to stay home for a few days and i have a note" then it's a different story.
Sorry the only moron here is the person who doesnt know how to lie. |
