Hey
i downloaded Gil's remix and flutlicht junkie's remix off FAW and I don't know if it's me but both stop abruptly:
Gil Schwartz' remix stops at 4:34
Flutlicht Junkie's remix stops at 5:24
neither sound quite done...but i didn't get any error messages during download or anything....Is it only me?
[edit] raving lunatic...that's ok second remix track wasn't mine anyways :p it's Gil Schwartz - Enlightment. BTW how did ya like my rockin horse remix eh? [/edit] |

I think we should end the comp when you have finshed the two tracks
that way if you did have munch time on your
hands you would still be able to produce something good.
yea you have to remix the two Tracks
do any of you need more time??
I will let all of you decide when the comp ends
just post when you should think is enough time.

BTW I start working on the tracks this weekend,
all the planing is worked out but, Dave,s song is going to
be Dream Trance, and Gil Schwartz will be hard Epic.

oops, I meant gil shwartz, not pjotr g sorry, my mistake.
they both have tough names to spell!
anyway.. if I have to remix both tracks to be in the competition, then I guess I am out.. I really can't install reason, learn how to use it, learn how to put all those notes in etc.. sorry..
but, like I've said, I don't want to win, and certainly wasn't in this for the prizes.
maybe if the prize was a component of what's in my signature I'd be up for all that effort, but not right now sorry.. no offense gil, the track does rock and I'd love to remix it, just not right now.
anyway.. even if I am disqualified for only doing one song, I hope all you professionals will take a listen to my attempt at remixing dave bs track, and give me some constructive feeback on it. |

play together
the second is for how many beats they are
held for.

yeah, I'm listening to the remixes too... pjotrGs is amazing..
I'm feeling like such an amateur after listening to these, but it's OK, everyone starts somewhere...
hey do you think you could hook me up with a few more samples from your track? the girl going ooh, and the "boomdrop"
I tried to make my own boom drop following the instructions, but it just doesn't sound like I want it to.. I want it to shake the walls! |
