| Brent, you must be keeping a log book, or you're eating all of your Ginkgo. Rediculous. I personally only remember my Signature moment (We all Died to Tiësto right there), and when Corsten dropped Out of the Blue @ Space34 08/31/2003, and when we all sang punk at the same party (Da-Da Da Duh... you know how it goes)... other than that, I'm not going to have an aneurysm figuring out the rest. I'll have you know that I will be OMFG I DIED from 12am-12pm Sunday morning, somewhere (I'M NOT GOING TO MORILLO @ SPACE34), so if any of you would like to join me (DEFINITELY NOT @ SPACE) this Sunday, I'd be more than happy to OMFG I DIED along with you (NO!!! Fine, I'll go).:crazy: |

i cant remember a lot of this so here are 2 from my first show
ultra 2 (2000)
1. underworld-dark & long (some guy with a blue paw print on the back of his head) first song we heard when we walked in
2. hybrid-finished symphony (hybrid) playing it at sunset on the beach. cant ask for more. then acosta's ego took control and he started spinning as they were still playing and they walked off the stage
3. star party-im in love with you (talla) talla put on a great show
the trance tent could hold about 100-200 people then. |

I wish these wern't trashed moments but they stick out the most.
#1- Mauro Picotto, Space, 2-02 - Unknown Song.
The first big mellow break in the middle of that bangin' set.
Cynthia knows why. :rolleyes:
#2- Paul Van Dyk, December 2001 - Solid Sleep, Club Attack
Brent, First time seeing Paul, Politics of Dancing Release Party.
Everyone else punked out on us. Later I threw up in a garbage can.
#3- Ultra 4, March 2002 - Solid Sleep, Club Attack
Paul Again. Everyone was there. Brent, The Grinch, Cyn, The Doctor,
and many others. Even the creepy ass Whale (many know who I'm talking about), Grosss !! .
I was in the contreption zone and started to believe that I had somehow seen
the set before.
#4 through #1,000,000 - Thanks Everyone for the ones that I either
can't remember or am just to lazy to type. (Insert sentimental bull here: Love
you all, well most anyways. Brent, we/I'm going to miss you, a hell of a lot more
than one man sould ever miss another. Stay safe.)
Now go ahead and rip me Damon. |

A few moments in my partying history that really stood out are...
1. Underworld - Born Slippy (Paul van Dyk Mix) - Paul van Dyk @ Club NV, Atlanta, GA, March 2001. Probably one of the best PvD sets I've ever heard. Paul spun a 5.5 hour set instead of the scheduled 3. My non-TA friends were there. They didn't like dance music and this track got them dancing.
2. Blue Haze - Into Nothing (Hamel Mix) - Sander Kleinenberg @ The Mark, Atlanta, GA, November 2004. My favorite track of the moment. My gf requested it and Sander played it. A ton of Atlanta TAs were there. They know who they are. ;) I went ballistic. |
