Yeah, well you go to a normal show and you don't see you idiots up on the stage waving a flag around. I have no problems with my view being obstructed by a flag or sign or whatever for a bit. But come on, this was rediculous, and from what I've heard it happens everytime. I was talking to some people who are from Isreal but weren't like you guys jumping around with flags; they said it was disrespectful and they were embarassed to be associated with you.
Now what does that say?
Nothing wrong with going crazy but there is always a level of control. You don't have to act retarded to be 'crazy' or have a good time.
Try jumping up on the stage for Armin or Tiesto or the like and see how far you get. Actually... try it, that way you won't be in a state to jump again after the bouncers pounce all over your respected flag waving asses. |

Hehehe...you get on stage during Tiesto and you definitely will get ed up - part of the reason why usually his stages are somwhat far - he doesn't like that kinda crap.
Also if you look at any of the pictures from events in Europe you'll see there's a fence/guardrail (literally) between the people and the stage, and the security is usually in that area. The thing though, nobody crosses that barrier everyone's just having a great time.
When I was at innercity in amsterdam I was quite amazed how well managed and controlled it was 50,000 people and nobody doing anything stupid - like jumping around on any stages. :thepirate

Oh one thing that I forgot to mention, what was it with Dumonde's continuous "We are gods, cheer for us!" attitude? It was getting very boring watching them get up on stage and parading around.
I think I even heard some people booing at them after a while. I laughed and almost booed myself.
I hate this kind of "rockstar" attitude.
Maybe if they actually played a good set then it would be somewhat understandable. :stongue: |
