You DON'T understand the sport so stop commenting on it like you're the expert. I've lived in Canada for 16 years and they got this thing called the CFL here which is a lot like the NFL with a few rule changes and a different style of play. And you know what? Until I started watching the sport and put an effort into understanding it, I had the same lame-ass arguments every other European sports expert has.
You're right: it doesn't take a genius to figure out any sport. You just gotta realize what the sport is about and what the challenges of it are to appreciate it. |

I'm pretty sick of baseball, I'll admit, but the NFL/NCAA Football are awesome. Just because you can't handle the downtime, doesn't mean it's a ty sport. Tennis has a lot of downtime, and I love it too, not to mention golf. Just because you don't like it, doesn't mean it's not a great sport and thousands of other people like it. And Masonious had a point about Rugby vs. Football. People in pads go a lot more all out and hit a whole hell of a lot harder. Not to mention you get hit with helmets and pads, rather than human body parts. It doesn't even make sense to compare the two. |

haha that is such bull.
basketball requires so much less than "soccer", you don't even really need to run alot. you'll get a long way just by being tall.
anyways i like both sports. used to play basketball, hehe we had these crazy christian american coaches that were really serious about winning the league which meant alot of bench sitting :/, i still play football for fun with friends |
