I used to get annoyed at criticism by older TAs, but then i started to see their point, and i found myself agreeing with a lot of the points they have raised.
There is still quality trance out there, but you might have to search a little harder.
I have started to listen to older trance from the likes of Oliver Lieb, Humate, Paul Van Dyk, Union Jack, Art of Trance etc and it has blown my mind. ing awesome stuff. I suggest that you listen to as much music as possible. Try to broaden your horizons and test out artists that you normally wouldn't listen to. You might surprise yourself :wtf:
I'm not saying that you should listen to those artists, but just try and think outside the square and explore other avenues of music too!
Happy listening :D |
great post as always mate :p
I never went back this far timewise in my suggestions as I thought i'd show him the 'other' side to artists who he'd know only by todays works, but I'd suggest once you've gone back a bit, to go further & see stuff like this, and Add Dance2Trance, Cosmic Baby & FSOL to the list :) |

I guess nobody is posting cd's for the guy, right?
Yet another ASOT-bash thread.... Nice, for the 7 times they are nice, but after that they become boring. You don't like ASOT, than don't listen to it, just like I do. |

| Well, I went to Best Buy and they didn't have ! Last time I was there, there wasn't too bad of a selection. Anyway, I suppose maybe I should just buy my EDM online. Amazon a good site or are there any other sites out there that some of you know of with some good prices? Thanks. |

The slow train mix of Jump the Next Train is by far the best out of the 3, but armin wouldn't play it so does that count? |
