Actually i find gay women and men very cool, coolest peeps i have met so far, and easy going. no attitude nada.
so i'd vouch for them anyday.

It will all depend upon what other parties, Pride related or not, are scheduled for that weekend...last year I skipped PVD to go to Unity (big mistake). |

I'm wondering if this party is setting itself up for another huge disaster though. On Rise's website, they say that Lucid has a capacity of 5,000 and so they are selling 5,000 tickets.
Everywhere else I've read, Lucid has a capacity of only 3,000 or so. Granted this would require in excess of 3,000 tickets being sold (but the odds of that aren't huge when you have 2 major parties going up against each other this year), but in that unlikely event, aren't they setting themselves up for the same situation that happened at the Docks last year with people stuck outside due to over-capacity issues? It's one thing to over-sell a bit... it's another when it's to the point of 66% over capacity! |
