How about this…
You can throw a beach party in Toronto. Call it the WMC withdrawal party. You’ll need a few things.
- An industrial space that can be trashed
- 500 lbs of sand
- Beach Chairs
- Beach Umbrellas
- Sun Lamps
- Frozen Drinks
- good tunes
- Industrial strength HVAC and turn up the temp to max
- Clothing optional
- Charge about $20 per head... make it $25
- Given proper marketing, expect 500 to show minimum
- $15,000 budjet... it can be done
