If these headaches have been going on for a long time, it may be an indicaiton of something that needs to be looked at. A frind of mine, who couldn't make this year's conference was the result of (and this is what he said)
"a combination of calcium deposits on the brain (that normally cause seizures) interacting with some weird opiates produced by the incomplete digestion "
He had other symptoms as well. But the one thing he did that helped was to change his diet, removing bread & pasta, basically sugars.
Try changing the diet for a few days and see if it helps... |

i dunno why. i get them every now and then but migraines only happen if i hate bacon or sausage, paricularly from McDonald's, but i've avoided going there, albeit not that well. i took 2 mega pain killers so i'm in lala land right now...
also keep in mind i'm in front of a computer screen almost all the time...whether it's work or at home. |
