It really depends on the age of the person. When I was younger, say in my early 20s, everything I did was directly linked to the penis. As I got older, almost 31 now, I am looking for different things in someone. I am actually very interested in what someone has to say and I am more interested in finding out what type of person someone is.
When you are younger you look for the hottest piece of ass you can get. When you are older you start looking at what will make you happy. |

I agree with you in part. My thinking is that after 4 dates she knows whether or not she digs me and wants to progress. If she doesn't know by then then it is likely she doesn't dig me. I'm not sure how old you are but in the world of adults dating things should progress rather quickly and if they don't then truth is there likely isn't a future present.
FYI, I'll be getting married in 18 days.... I'm not a n00b when it comes to romantic relationships. |

Its a little complicated, I will NEVER cheat on someone im "dating/see'in". We were "friends", and still are, shes dating some dood now, so ive been cut off for the time being (well, there was a couple exceptions to that, however I wont go into details..), my point is (damnit ADD), we wernt looking to have a relationship, she saw me as a "friend", I saw her as someone i actually liked. When i figured out i was just a friend (she had to put it pretty harshly on me once to figure it out (yes, im stubborn)), thats when changed between us and we became friends with benefits, so whats wrong with having another on the side? As long as its safe, and your not a complete whore, than i dont see a problem with it :toothless |

I also beleive in a rule similar to this. Obviously, 1 date isnt enough time to know jack crap about someone, however after 3-4 dates, you should know if the person is someone you want to pursue..

we were both born on the god year, 77.
all im saying is that you can sense if a girl digs you or not in the first 4 dates but sex doesnt have to happen. it just depends how much youre feeling this girl. if you like her alot and you can sense the same from her part but since sex didnt occur in the first 4 dates so you bail.. i dont agree with that logic.. |

I never encountered that situation. But in theory I would agree with you. Had my fiancee not given it up after four dates I would have likely put some more time into it. |
