I would submit that "sensitive" guys as you describe them are really just making a play in hopes it will lead to sex. I'll pretend to be sensitive because chicks dig that and once they see I care about their feelings they'll put my in their mouths. |

i went from one extreme to the next. the boyfriend before him was like totally NOT into sports or guy stuff (he DJ'd and was very sensitive and shy) and now this one is like mr. sit on the couch with a dip in and a heineken completely oblivious to me walking around half naked hoping to get some action. hahahah i could walk right up to him and bend over and stick my ass in his face and he'd be like, "hunny watch out, the lakers are in overtime...oh could u get me a beer"...
ok i was exaggerating, but yea, i pretty much have to spell everything out for him cuz he's too dense (guyish) to figure things out...he THINKS he knows what women want, but really he's clueless.:stongue:
it's cute though:p .... but yea we're breaking up soon. HAHAHA
anyway i mainly just wanted to get some more opinions from guys on the matter than just his... |

i'm the sensitive type. I'd rather get to know someone for who they are and if we bang then thats good. But then i guess i'm "too" sensitive as i end up becoming good friends with the girls before i even get to bang them *doh

yes i wish to find a nice happy medium the next time around.
i'm really turned on by a romantic guy (rose pedals on the bed for our anniversary, bla bla bla) who can pick out clothes for me and always knows when something is wrong because he has taken the time to really get to know my mannerisms in-depth...
but at the same time, i don't want a guy who is gonna be a big cry baby and NEVER want to hang out with his guy friends or watch the superbowl...u know, just dont overdo it with the sensitive thing.
is that so friggin hard to do ?!?! :whip:

you're dealing in extremes when there is a ton of middle ground. i've been with my girl for ages and i'm neither a ball-scratching marlboro man or a weepy fop. (that still doesn't make my earlier comment any less true ;) )
and if you're putting the ass out there and your man would rather shoot some hoops, then it ain't his macho-ness that's the problem but rather something else that's probably more complicated...

he MUST be GAY! :stongue: i was just kidding about the ass thing...well i mean i HAVE done it, but he certainly didn't tell me to move out of his way. hahah ;)
no, he says all of his relationships in the past have failed because of his macho attitude. but then again, from what i've heard, he's been with some head cases. lol
he's just a guy's guy. he's not even into picking up chicks when he's single and goes out...he just likes to have fun and be with his friends...he'd rather wait for the girls to come over and initiate coversation...and if none do, he won't lose sleep over it. he just doesn't care. he's kinda shallow and a workaholic, money hungry person too.
but he's really goofy and silly and cracks me up...life of the party type...which i love...i'm really drawn to outgoing guys who are confident....but he's just constantly thinking about how he can better himself or make more money, or SOMETHING that has to do with his work or his image...i'm just sick of it. and he DEFINITELY put on a little award-winning act the first 4 months of our relationship...lol he is not the guy i fell for. well i mean he still has all those qualities, but i just discovered other things about him that don't work for me at all. that's why i got curious about other guys and started this thread. |

| WHen I really care and feel for a girl, I dont tend to think into my sex driven thoughts... while when I dont really care or feel for the chick deeply, the sex aspect tends to be more of the entertainment of the relationship... but I think Im a good guy in the way that I tend to listen and help out and give good tips.. I guess thats why my chick friends tend to fall for me all the time. |
