So what's the game plan with you? You're not in professional sports. So do you want to pose in body building contests, compete in lifting competitions, or just look good at the club? It doesn't take that much to just look good. Join the damn Army if you're bored with life and want to see some serious lifters.

I do it because im bored. Im too poor for clubs, too antisocial for teams, and the armys a whole lotta work and stuff :p

and those are pics from couple months ago :p I was just saying that there a lot of people who tend to say all this works for them and then you think "i wouldnt want to look any thing like that"

not that im like a target goal or anything, I try to think of myself as not-hideous and im pretty happy about being not fat and not out of shape lol. Theres an entire realm of people above me who are IN shape and DO look great, but whatever :disbelief

people look the same but most of that muscle is probably gone to fatty tissues. its part of the reason you cant do the same weights after all that time and people tend not to gain or lose weight after getting in shape.

Sucks :\ because it lowers motivation to get into gyms and stuff because it still looks the same but its just been kind of taken over over time.

Join the Army.

This is only about the 10th f*cking time I've said that to you now? So I reckon it's about out of the question, but I still gotta say it anyhow...
Peace.

Workouts are done like supersets in pairs, in between each pair of workouts you have under a 1 minute rest before you move onto the next pair of workouts.

I know for a fact that I probably wont be able to finish these workouts right off the bat, and chances are I wont make it to the 6th set for the first few weeks, but that doesnt mean Im not gonna try. :p

Unfortunately that's incorrect as muscle does not "go" to fatty tissue. It atrophies, or shrinks. In fact I have lost about 30 lbs of muscle since stopping, and have not gained much fat or weight at all since muscle atrophy stopped(i hope). Stretch marks...oh yeah.
Orbax
hehe I wasnt trying to imply that your body chemically alters proteins into fats. as the muscle "shrinks" it tends to get coated in fatty sheaths and what not.

usually people gain weight after stopping. Im surprised you lost, thats pretty cool

Im not quite understanding what you mean. Are you saying, start normal, progress higher with weight... and than the second time around use very little weight?
