Also look for the huge parties/festivals we supposedly want to happen @ the CNE or elsewhere to NEVER happen because there won't be a demand for them. |

Any shred of a scene left today in Toronto is mostly spillover from the 90s. I dont see a hell of a lot of people getting into electronic music these days. Why? Lack of exposure and bad press. By putting electronic music back onto the radio we will get much needed exposure back and venues will start thriving again. Why do u think scenes in the rest of the world are so huge? Do you think they whine and cry because their favourite djs and songs are on the radio? I actually enjoy the radio when im overseas. |

Actually, La Noche is next. I'm not sure if someone already mentioned it but that is starting to get played frequently. I guess Tiesto taught Danny D a little something about a genre called Trance. On the drive at 5 the other day, he did like a mini trance set for 20 minutes.
Edit: THey also played shivers on pump it or dump it but it got dumped i think. Same thing happened with say hello which they still play anyways. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of the pump it or dump it show :rolleyes: |
