Bingo ... why don't more people understand this.
They play Tiesto, and Z does play some decent trance once in a while ... trance is starting to gradually gain popularity on Z, which is great.
Let them play Tiesto's Lethal Industry .... let them play Adiago for Strings ...
heck I even heard Three Drives - Greece 2000 (DJ Shog Remix) being played once.
House is already huge, so Z is not affecting much there ... simply catering to the crowd.
But trance ... trance could definitely use a lift in the GTA ... let them play ISOS tunes, let them play ANY trance tunes ... as it widens and broadens appeal of the music. |

| so long as trance continues to usurp and replace rap/r&b in any way shape and form then I'm happy. We can deal with anything else on the sidelines accordingly. Poseurs who love the song only because it's the latest hit that's being played on the radio and not because the song itself is good will be dealt with on our own :p ;) |

I just heard a commercial on 104.5 for the CNE and the beginning of the commercial had lethal industry in it! |

At the Rogers Cup at the Rexall Centre yesterday, before the 2nd match for the day in the Center Court, they played a trance track (for a good 2-3 mins of it). I tune was definately commerical and from a couple (if not more) years ago. It's on the tip of my tongue, but I can't ID it. Dammit. :whip: It's a simple one too.
So yea, they play music between matches and between sets and during timeouts. Usually it was garbage, but they DID play a trance track. That impressed me! ;)
