Average price is AU$1.19 per litre
0.755658 X 1.19 = US$0.90 per litre
1 US gallon = 3.785 Litres
US$0.90 X 3.785 =
US$3.40 per gallon
Very close to US prices :p |

1 US gallon = 3.785 Litres. So our price here is...
$6.17 per gallon.
Therefore i come to the conclusion that you should STFU with your bitching about $3 a gallon :p |
+eleventyingbillion!
Americans and there ing whining about petrol, one thing that really gets my back up.
Oh,and last week a percentage of the country was paying over a quid for petrol,so I'm guessing that would be alot that 7dollars.
One of my customers has a Corvette, which is a 5.7 litre beast, and it costs him over £100 to fill the tank,so your talking alot of money. |

i never look at gas prices, and i know that's bad...i don't even realize how much i've spent at the grocery store until after i'm home and putting the groceries away and then i come across the receipt and think, "hmm, i spent $160 bucks? wow"
but lately, i've been watching gas prices ever since my mom brought it to my attention that it's like 2.60 a gallon for the regular . i was like WHAAT? it takes $35 to fill my car and i have a little VW passat...not even a turbo...just 4 cyl. that's ridiculous. it used to cost me like $22 to fill it.
and i live in ft. lauderdale and i drive to miami all the time now because all my friends live there and when i go out on weekends, i go to miami...it'll be better when i move there.
i wish south florida had a huge public transit system like a subway or something...i would totally ditch my car. |

| I filled my tank for $58 this morning at 99.9 cents/litre.... a bargin these days. Thankfully I don't pay for my gas so I'm not as effected by gas prices as everyone else. |

true euro's pay out of their ass for their gas. But they also don't have to drive the massive distances that most americans have to drive (generally speaking).
$2.89 a gallon for 87 octane in Los Angeles. |

x 3.785
$6.70 a gallon.
I'd like to see you lot pay that ;) |
We probably dont pay quite that much, but I hear the actual amount we're paying per gallon is well over $4.50. Our federal taxes subsidize gas and help keep the out of pocket price down, though we're still paying alot. |

when i first got my license in december 03 it would cost about 30-35 bucks to fill the jeep but now its nearly 70, although we have to put premium in. none of that standard . its ok though since i rarely drive anymore, although before i moved i was putting in about 400 - 600 miles a week and at $70 getting me about 450 miles, thats like filling it every week to week and a half.

In the city all I know is that it is over a dollar. Though since I am Native American, all I have to do is go to Six Nations reserve, bust out some ID cards and I get it for aobut 70 cents a liter.
I perfer to bike then drive. Saves money on gas, good for the enviroment and your health. |

I hope you're not driving a TJ (Wrangler). If you are you'd best stop putting the high test fuel in there. |
