There's too much drama in every episode. It's like every single episode has one season-defining moment but everything is solved in that hour.

Yeah she did. Remember, Julie said that she has extra cash so she'll decorate the place and fake alcoholic lady said "Well, trading in that rock on your finger must have left you with a hefty amount" or something of the sorts.
And yea, surfer boy is hot, but you know he only tried to get Ryan that job so he could bag Marissa. Even though it looks like he'll be bagging her anyway! doh! |

I dont think she had the money. She was only there pretending to get the place knowing Julie would be there. That is when she moved in for the kill. ;) |
