This is Supaphlie using Walkindude's TA.
ill post my review tomorow, im now pushing 39 hours since sleep (im use to it). I wasn't too impressed with Oakie's set. a lot of old school, not much remix, and what the FAAWK is up without playing the U2 Beautiful Day remix!!! or was there some point in the night that I missed it?
During most of the night, the TA's would have a spot on the floor, form a circle, and have people dance inside (i thought it was cool) later, some shady sketchy asian guy, walks in and just stands there for about 1/2 hour WTF!!! GO SQUAT IN A DARK CORNER AND GET OUT OF OUR WAY!!!
my downside of the night was the party favors didnt do much for me until i was at work @ 9am in the morning, then at 9:30am it hit me like a truck:eyes:!!! Best part of the day was that i was the only one at work... dancing around with my MP3 player though the halls and in the office & lab. got all my work done, fun times :gsmile:
anyways Its 1am, i gotta be at work early. Shout outs tomorrow
still, an amazing night! |

What a night, OAKEY was amazing.....but Guv was WAYYYYYYYYYYY to packed for my liking....we went in the drink, hoping to get down at the usual 12:30 when they open the doors to go downstairs....however since it was soooooooo busy they wouldnt let us down til 1:30(hence the missing the meeting with TA'a at 1:00 on the pato)...so i saw 30 mins of Hernan's set...wasnt too impressed, but i was pissed that we couldnt get down earlier so this may have altered my opinion.
Soon as Oakey came on i was glad we had gone in the drink originally, cuz they opened the d'luxe windows, so we went upstairs and partied in there...tons of dancing room...although the energy wasnt the same:( I dont know how people werent trampled in GUV...so busy
And the funniest part of all, there are sooooooooo many Oakey haters, the question to ask now, is why was guv so packed then.....lol......drop the front all u haters, and own up OAKEY is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! |

We didn't plan to go, started the night off with a nice dinner out, and then to footwork, after a few drinks, we headed out and decided, lets go - Oakenfold here we come. Arrived at 1am, to almost no line, and got inside to a room packed full. Surprisingly some room up front to shake out little bon bons! I wasn't expecting much from Oakenfold - feel free to flame. Over the years I've had mixed feelings on his sets, sometimes they are great, others? Saturday night was amazing, seven cities, universal nation, and other trance classics - pure Oakenfold. We jetted out early at 5, the Guv was still going strong!
Great night all around - meet a few of the TA's, magic bean, Jessica, Chris, great to see you guys and gals again.
Thanks to Marcin and Aga for driving me and my girl out! |

I loved Hernan's set. He dropped a perfect opener for a great night.
Oakey dropped bombs all over the place, but his mixing was... bleh.
Had to leave at 430 though, I started work at 9am :( |
