Help! How Do You Get Your Neighbors Evicted?

ok here's the deal:
me and my bf moved into our new place about a month ago. it's an apartment building w/ 4 apartments (2 on the top, 2 on the bottom). we were told this was a quiet building w/ no kids. we live in the top floor apartment, and when we moved in, the apartment next to us (the other top floor) apt was empty. so yeah, for the first couple weeks everything was peachy keen. next thing we know, this trashy chick and her 3 kids (all different nationalities) move into the apartment next to us. so all of the sudden we have the ing united nations next door, and there's CONSTANTLY sketchy black dudes running up and down our stair-well in and out of her apartment. they bang on her door, ring her doorbell excessively, and yell when they're in the apartment (all of which we can hear in our apartment, which is sweet at like 4 am when you're lying in bed). CAN YOU SAY CRAAAAAAAAAAACK? so yes, this leads us to believe that she's running sketch biz-nass outta our apartment building. i couldn't care less if she was cooking up meth in her kitchen, but it's the fact that her, her kids, and her posse of 'guests' that pretty much live in our building are SOOOO UNBELIEVABLY LOUD. we've tried talking to her, tried talking to the cops (they came one night, wrote a noise citation for $200, to which the neighbor replied "DAYMMM! DAT'S HOW MUCH AN ABORTION COSTS!"), and we've talked to our landlords. nothing's worked, and as i type this, one of the kids has been screaming his head off for about 45 minutes now and i'm about to go over there and bash his head in with a bat. any suggestions? |

you live in vermont... there is no way people from other cultures live there.
btw, killington and stowe hold some of the greatest childhood memories of my life. vermont is beautiful, but i'm fairly sure you're living next to the only mixed race family in all of VT |
