btw, killington and stowe hold some of the greatest childhood memories of my life. vermont is beautiful, but i'm fairly sure you're living next to the only mixed race family in all of VT

hahaha...not so! i guess politicians didn't like how VT was the 'whitest state' in the country, so to appeal to the tourism industry, in addition to the aestetics, they wanted to give it flava by making it a Refugee Relocation Center....yay for all of us.

The only person who can start the eviction process is the landlord. They are the ones who you need to talk to.

There may be some local government office you can speak to, might try calling city hall and asking someone there.

But your landlord will have to become involved at some point.

You need to document every correspondence you have, sending letters to your landlord via certified mail or return reciept and keeping a copy of the letters on file will help as well.

Start pooing on their doorstep every day until they get fed up and leave.

If that doesn't work, find another thing to do with poo. Poo always wins.

or he could just move and eat the month deposite

hm...thanks, our landlords are douchebags so i dunno if that would work.

i was thinking something a little more diabolical to speed up the process

threaten to have your lease cancelled, if your landlord wont evict them. consult a lawyer. make an ultimatim. landlord: evict them, or im leaving.

im sure getting new tenants is a pain in the ass for the landlord, he may comply. also, finding a place for you is a pain in the ass, but what else do u have in mind thats not illegal??

Just keep on calling the cops cause of the noise. Pretty soon the cops arent gonna just fine her, they will arrest her. Believe me I know since it happened to a friend of mine for parting too much.
