calling the police for a noise complaint when you've already tried talking to your neighbors is far from being a narc.
i'd never turn someone in for more substantial things, i doubt most people on TA would. but when it comes to calling the cops so they can issue a fine, so MAYBE the idiots next door will get the hint, then i think it's justified. |

I hope you've documented every time you contacted the authorities and actually had them come over. That alone should warrant rent abatement, the landlords will definitely step in at that point.
Do some research on the internet, excluding messageboards ;). |

Check with the other people in the building and see if they are upset by the disturbances as well.
If so, collectively call the police for noise complaints, the landlord for noise complaints and any other complaints you have, and continue until people are sick of your bitching and kick them out.
Might even be good to suggest to your landlord that he stay the night in your apartment some time and see if he can handle it.
Gives a good perspecive. |

Solution: go talk to the other people in the building. If they're THAT loud, other people must've noticed it too and must also be fed up with it. Make a letter saying "it's us or them" to your landlord, and then send teh lett4r.
I guess if he can choose between one tenant or three, he'll choose three...
teh win
(u could always try sticking her kids up your pooper) |
