Call the cops enough and they will eventually get kicked out.
You should call the cops one time and say that you think your neighbor is running some shady business next door that might involve drugs or prostitution. If they ask you why you are suspicious of this, say there are people going in and out of that apartment constantly into the early mornings. |

I got the same story from my landlords. But guess what? I live in Texas, and 25 mexicans who dont speak english just moved into a 2 bedroom apartment next to me.. bringing only blankets + pillows + their kids.
