i thought u grew up in Abu Dhabi? Saudi Arabia culturally and financially is not much different than the UAE, just take out the liquor and women driving. see if u got the chance to see Saudi almost every household has a driver so the means of transportation for women is there, I’m not justifying it i really want this to end, and change is happening. |
-well we never had any public executions, in fact i dont think they allowed executions in UAE.
-all my knowledge on saudi is based on stuff being told by residents there, several being family friends, one being a former TA
-UAE is WAY different from any other Arab country. Ive been to Bahrain and Qatar too so i know first hand...as for saudi, i was on that King something bridge...yea that long one which is scary as ...thats all i know of saudi..lol |

Let me get this right. You are stating that "Islam is a disease of the mind" because you happen to learn about this religion from one person's point of view? I would like to know how much knowledge you have on Islam for you to make such a statement like that.
It's people like you, who listen to what the mass media or majority of people have to say about Islam and then assume this is what the religion is about and everyone single person who practices it believes that is the way it is.
NEWSFLASH: NOT EVERY MUSLIM PRACTICES/BELIEVES ISLAM THE WAY THE FUNDAMENTALISTS DO. |

I dont listen to the mass media like you would like to believe. I examine it, but dont fall for it.
I have read the hadiths and examined specific barbaric passages in them that muslims try to always deny by saying ?YOU MISINTERPRET IT WRONG!!!!"
When it says to kill the infidels, and beat your wife, and claim that mohammad was a pedophile that took Aisha into his bed when she was 9, i find it hard to misinterpret those clear statements.
Lets not get into the patriarchal forced attire that women wear... and how they claim that tehy dont want to be seen as sexual objects.
