again. uh, me by armbar.. |
Question is, how many different ways do you know how to snap that armbar on?
The craziest thing is when you get that armbar on, and the person stands up thinking it will help him.
Personally, Ill go for either the Key Lock or Achillies Lock. |

Is that the shmuck that got his arm broke? Cause I know someone did from the armbar.
My favorite knockout, I dont remember the fighters, both guys were on the ground, one guy (black guy) stretched out another guy (white guy) into a kind of bow and arrow position, white guy was perpendiculat to black guy, black guy was behind the white guy. So the white guy had one arm locked between the guys legs, his other arm restrained by his arms... than out of no where... the guy lands with elbows that knock the guy the out of this world. Just imagine elbows pumping full force into the side of your head repeatedly. |

hhaha, yea, im actually re-watching that fight right now... i have ufc's best KO's on my comp and thats one of em... ferocious elbows...
but yea, in one fight for the belt that he won for the heavyweight division, the guy got him in an armbar, and he smashed the guy on his face, and then later KO'd him haha.... but then in one of his next fights, he tried the same thing and his arm completely SHATTERED... |

| haha, hey Vlad, that's Gary Goodridge, he fights for pride and K-1 now, and I"ve been fighting for about six years now, had 9 pro fights, I"ve wrestled, sambo, muay thai and BJJ, so I have a good base. I like the heel hooks myself, but me by armbar is the stick it in the pooper of mma.tv lol.:happy2: |

flying triangle of course.
however my favorite traditional is the triangle. work of art to apply.
Nogeuira's Anaconda submission is one of the COOLEST submissions i have ever seen. I don't believe anyone in pride or UFC has won by it and many people believe he invented it when he applied it on Heath Herring at their second meeting the the HW GP. i believe he said he go it from Eddie Bravo. |
