ya, thats why I put teh real life scenario of me running away. how fast is your 1/4 mile sprint. :P
and ive been wanting to train with my buddy, he's been in it about 7 yrs, not sure what all he is proficent in, but he held his own in some top rank camps out here. ;) im just too lazy.

I have no idea what my 1/4mi. is, but Im not that fast, so I think you got me there. But on another note, I havent practiced any of this stuff since HS... about 6 years, so my technique would be very sloppy, as well as my reaction time and my quickness to come up with maneuvers.
I wouldnt mind to learn it all over again sometime. |
