Wow... I think you just proved my point.
Why on earth would I be jealous about not having posted a thread with a set and a tracklist? I could do that 500 times right now if I wanted to, but it would be STUPID and ANNOYING! I get my sense of self-worth from other things in life than posting sets on message boards. |

I will agree that there is no need for a new thread for each d/l of a set.. and yes these sets can be found on many other sites, but sometimes it is convenience of having it here where many people browse anyways.
Even though Del has said that he doesn't like to have "rules" on a board. I think he needs to be the one to have some final say in this instead of everyone else trying to make rules on this board and have them stick. I am not going to take any sides in this arguement cuz I don't feel the need to. I have already stated what I felt but in all honesty it doesn't really matter to me. Until there are some rules on this board there are always going to continuously be these threads of what we are and are not happy about anyhow, so the only thing this ends up causing in the end are flaming wars back and forth to each other and I don't think this is something this board needs more of at this time.
No one is ever going to be completely satisfied. There are hundreds of us who post here and to make every single one of us happy is pretty much near impossible.
I am sorry that I have come in here guys and said anything at all, but it is kind of disappointing to continuously go into a thread and see nothing but flaming anymore. That is all this board seems to be turning out to be... something I am definitely not happy about seeing these days. :( |

What is the problem with consolidating these set postings into one thread?
I'm sorry that you feel defensive because you're the one that's spamming these threads, but that doesn't make it any less of an issue.

Lets not get all out of sorts here...
In the first post RJ recommends that if you are posting a download he doesn't have a problem with it if you put up a proper review of it.
Take that as an opportunity to share your opinion on music, what you like, don't like and what you think is "booty shakin worthy" with the rest of us.
Then we can all read it, make comments and either get the set or not. |

Personally I'm really enjoying all these sets that have been posted here recently.
For the past 5 months I barely downloaded any sets at all, because I don't have neither time nor energy to scout file sharing networks for interesting sets.
Hence, I'm very happy that some nice people here are sharing all these sets. Thank you guys ! |
