anyhow, I am not gonna write my reviews in order here and I don't think they will all be written tonight either.. but I am gonna make an effort to start!
Got to Aria with Atl_trancer and nchs09 at about 8am after leaving Celebration and going back to the hotel to grab a shower and some clean clothes (thank god for that). I was determined not to miss a minute of Howells set..
When I walked in the door and found Ninja and Mitsutranza right away.. then went looking for "the junkie" as Enjoy put it earlier in this thread :haha:
So once Tag was finally found I believe that Sharam was just finishing up and Howells was about to take over.. Sharam was kicking it when I got there.. I was soo full of energy and ready to party.. When Howells came on.. I was into it for about the first 30 min and then I went and sat for pretty much the rest of his set until I left around 11:30am (I think). I did not enjoy his set at all.. It wasn't what I was expecting at all and I was totally disappointed :(
It really sucks when you are looking forward to seeing a dj and it becomes a complete letdown. But thankfully with the company of all my fellow TA's you made the party what it was. :D
Alex: wicked to have you there as always, Brendan: well it just wouldn't be the same without you and your pink elephants ;), Nick: glad to have met you, you are wicked, Hakim: wtf did you go afterwards?? haha, Louis: pleasure as always :), King Kong as everyone has put you so far in their reviews, nice to meet you :p, Anne: it was nice to meet you, I am sure I will see you around, Fahad: hey towel ninja boy.. omg I think you scared Aria and the Mtl TA's, Silke: I am sure we will meet again in TO somewhere, Ziad: Mr. Funk himself.. so glad you made the trip man, and if I am missing anyone else I am truly sorry.. but you guys all made my morning what it was.. Thanks a ton! :D
Gavin and Mario: You guys truly do rock, and yes it feels like we have been friends forever! :D Mario, you really didn't miss much leaving only 15 min after being at Aria so you can be thankful...lol.. and Gavin, you are the party trooper of this party..w00t! ;)Thank you for everything including being able to split hotel costs with you guys for a couple of days and having your company. We will be the elements forever.. and I will be in Atlanta.. don't you worry about that.. cuz we will for sure need to party it up again sometime before the new year next year. You guys are crazy ass mofos :crazy: :D
Taha: I know you weren't feeling the greatest and you weren't there, but you were certainly missed! *hug* I was looking for you as soon as I got there.. but I got in my Taha time so no worries there ;)
and since we are not gonna start a whole thread over it.. lunch today with a bunch of you was just fantastic! It was nice to have you all together before going home.. I was actually really didn't want to go home today and i think I mentioned this to a few of you and I was even thinking about calling into work and saying my car broke down just so I could spend one extra night, but then decided probably not a good idea.. :p and was actually pretty sad when I had to say goodbye and leave :(
It was nice to spend NYE (and the weekend) with all of you from Atlanta, Montreal and Toronto and it was definitely one I will never forget.. You guys rock! :D |

| note that the "junkie" was happily sleeping/resting on a couch when i was litterally attacked and dragged back to the dancefloor. Also no crazy elephants were spotted until after those psycho TAs arrived, quincidence? i think not but ill let you be the judge of that one!:thepirate |

I did not drag you back to any dance floor when Alex and I found you, you were walking up the stairs to the top floor.. there was no dragging involved.. and second of all.. I am not the crazy TA that gave you anything.. I didn't have anything with me I was just holding onto it.. so I guess there is no coincidence this time round :p |

And Brendan, they flew..
Gavin was in Quebec City with his family just before NYE so he drove up with them and his parents left him here..and is flying back to Boston tomorrow evening for 5 days I think he said, then going back to Atlanta.
And Mario is flew straight here from Atlanta and will be going back tomorrow evening as well. |
