Such a great night and so many friendly people!
The place was packed around 3 am and the vibe was great. I had such a blast that I can still feel it today. Not only it was an honour to open for Deep Dish (they had a huge influence on me), but got to play around 4 hours and I was just in heaven.
People were so great that even if they were waiting for Sharam to arrive, the party never went down and they were so generous of there energy.
What a great way to start 2006. Glad to have seen Tag and Ninja and all the people you introduced me too... all great people. And man, such a surprise when I saw the Ottawa crew with the "j adore Creator" shirts... I mean that is probably the nicest thing I have seen since I started Djing.
They say that what you are doing on the January 1st will make the way to what you do all year long... so I guess 2006 will be quite a ride. ;-) |

Two days of rest after an insane weekend.
i wasn't even going to show up to aria, glad i changed my mind, cause danny howells > steve lawler that night.
showed up around 8:30 after celebration, it was my first time at Aria, was a bit dissapointed, but when i hit the dancefloor i INSTANTLY fell in love with the place and danny howells was rocking it, it was alright the first hour then it was smooth sailing after that.
met Tag and ninja hola for the first time. Ninja the last two tunes were ing insane you saw me how i went up to him asking what they were, he just gave me a hand shake :( .
and FAYRAREE!!!! Fahad it was awesome to finally meet you, sorry for not ripping it up with you proporly my legs were too tired i'll make it up, promise,
as for my true trooper atl_trancer, Gavin!!! you ing RAWK nice meeting you at celebration then really ripping it up with ya at aria the music just kept us going, INSANE!!!, you should come up here more often and make the effort to come back soon.
it seems like there were poeple on here who were there that i didnt meet. will make the effort to do so next time, although i do remember when they turned the lights on ~*stereo head*~ said to danny howlles "they told us you were going to play till two" she sounded so disappointed like a baby being offerd a green lolipop while it wanted a red one. hahaha i was at the same level.
highlight of the night was with magik "b"(now i know ;) ), the funniest thing happened, me and Jenn were at celebration she was just nodding her head to the music, i look at her and say "come on Jenn show me your MOVES!!!" she puts her hands on her chest and looks at me in a freaky way and says" i'm not that type of girl" and runs off :wtf:
BWAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAAAA,you are one crazy chica glad that was cleared.
thank you montreal for a SIKK SIKK new years one of the best i must admit, i wish i made it to the lunch but i had to leave to toronto early my friend who i was with was sick, he even left celebration early. |

Ninja the set doesnt contain what i enjoyed of Howells....
anyway... its always like that
you enjoy something others dont necessarly notice that much and the other way around
