| Use a skin creme that has a glycolic base like most wrinkle creams. Get plenty of sleep at night. You could get a prescription to Retin-A if worse comes to worse. Hope this helps. Feel better kel ;) |

thanks...PM me when you know something. (oh and my msn e-mail is on my profile too )
have u tried proactive out of curiousity?? u have compared the products? |
yup.i've tried everything!
a lot of ppl seem to say that proactive only works for a while, but your skin gets used to it. So it's best to save it for really bad breakouts but not use it day to day.
other things to try are a zinc supplemnt (zinc promotes fast skin repair) and also, if you are not getting enoigh fibre in your diet, that can cause breakouts as well. The Yonka stuff is almost like a medicated ointment, it really smoothes the skin too and removed redness and just makes it nicer.
I also reccomend the clinque emergency mask or any mask w/ kaolin in it (lush makes a good fresh mask called 'cosmetic warrior') |

that's accutane and it's only for ppl w/ severe issues, it can make women have deformed babies and you have to get your blood tested every month and see a dermotologist monthly as well to be monitored. |

yeah accutane is pretty much the only solution for ppl w/ cystic acne (AKA ppl who look like their faces are falling off) but if you can just treat your skin well and live healthfully, minor breakouts and bad skin episodes can be managed. |

Kell, many would suggest going on the pill.
I had a friend in high school who was on it just to clear up her skin and it really worked.
duh-ee. It would help if I read the previous posts, bahah sorry. |
