With all due respect: what's the appeal of Silent Wave? It's instantly forgettable fluff that could be any of hundred other tracks.

Looser.

Didn't Swing 2 Harmony release in 2004?

TOR
Pryda - Aftermath
DJ Mission
I will never understand the appeal of these garbled vocal tunes like Swing 2 Harmony, Whiteroom, Halcyon (anything by andy moor for that reason). They are good songs but why drool over a predictable progression and a now played out segmented reversed vocal scheme. the popularity of these tracks will pass, pick a timeless choice for the TOTY, something that is uniquely beatiful and not just wicked catchy at the time.
