I'm happy to report that Collingwood and this WHOLE SURROUNDING AREA is largely as racism free as one could hope!
THough I assume youre talking more massively "up north"...
Past even North Bay id assume... bc Ive been to many of the towns along the 400 and Hwy 69... and Ive never detected an evironment of racims such as I did when I was in North Carolina (around Kinston and teh Durham area) 6 years ago.

More further you go, less people have experience with people of other cultures... Except as tourists and that sometimes doesn't leave a good impression.
You'll see them flip out more often when their daughters talk about going out with a Chinese or a black guy or something. (Or at least be uncomfortable/wary) |

Ya, thats just so sad. I couldnt imagine acting that way... or how brutal it would be to encounter and deal with a person that thinks/acts that way. :(

Canada consumes just as much per capita, actually sometimes even more.
No money to be made though because up here the government takes it all. |
