What formation does Italy use?
I can understand why some managers take 6 forwards with them. There are too many imo.

The brazilian team has nothing fresh IMO
and Adriano played this year. I don't know why he has been selected.:rolleyes:

4-4-2

NO SELIM BENACHOUR???!!! You have to be ing kidding me! I know he played for a team that got relegated in the portuguese league, but he sure as hell convinced everybody here that he's a great player.

Watch these two teams very carefully, Paraguay and Tunisia. They don't look great in paper but have the potential to make an upset IMO.
sensorium
Paraguay is going to be hard to beat with that list. Players from all over the place.

Iran's list will be out in about an hour.

is this the last bunch?

Portugal
Goalies: Ricardo (Sporting), Quim (Benfica), Bruno Vale (E. Amadora)

Defenders: Miguel (Valencia), Paulo Ferreira (Chelsea), Ricardo Carvalho (Chelsea), Fernando Meira (Stuttgart), Ricardo Costa (FC Porto), Caneira (Sporting), Nuno Valente (Everton)

Midfielders: Costinha (unattached), Petit (Benfica), Maniche (Chelsea), Tiago (Lyon), Deco (Barcelona), Hugo Viana (Valencia), Figo (Inter), Cristiano Ronaldo (Man Utd), Boa Morte (Fulham), Simão (Benfica)

Forwards: Nuno Gomes (Benfica), Pauleta (PSG), Hélder Postiga (Saint-Etienne)

How predictable. I only missed the 3rd goalie. Bruno Vale has some future, good choice.

Saudi Arabia
Goalies: Mohammad al-Deayea (Al-Hilal), Mabrouk Zayed (Al-Ittihad) e Mohammad Khouja (Al-Shabab)

Defenders: Ahmad al-Doukhi (Al-Ittihad), Redha Takar (Al-Ittihad), Hamad al-Montashari (Al-Ittihad), Ahmad al-Bahri (Al-Ittifak), Mohammad Masaad (Al-Ahli), Nayef al-Kadhi (Al-Ahli), Hussein Abdul Ghani (Al-Ahli) e Abdul Aziz al-Khathran (Al-Hilal);

Midfielders: Saoud Kariri (Al-Ittihad), Mohammad Nour (Al-Ittihad), Mohammad Amin (Al-Ittihad), Khaled Aziz (Al-Hilal), Omar al-Ghamdi (Al-Hilal), Nawaf al-Temyat (Al-Hilal) e Mohammad al-Shalhoub (Al-Hilal);

Forwards: Sami al-Jaber (Al-Hilal), Yasser al-Qahtani (Al-Hilal), Mohammad al-Anbar (Al-Hilal), Saad al-Harthi (Al-Nasr) e Malek Maath (Al-Ahli).

Al-Deayea? That guy has been in like, every world cup, is he 50 years old already? Don't recognise any other name, unsurprisingly.

No Dudek!!!! :wtf: :wtf: Also Benachour's team-mate at Guimarães, the forward Saganowski, is missing which is a bit . Both nice players.
