how you can relate taking pictures and videos to GLOWSTICKS, beats the hell out of me.

The constant flashing on your face becomes as annoying as the nonstop swirling of glowing devices... If you look at some of the pictures posted here, you will notice several ones that are just pictures of people taking a picture of other people taking pictures of other people taking..... you get the drift.... Sonic's own sister (Stereo) has a ban on cameras already in place... Moreover, many innocent by-dancers (all of us included in this category) are caught off guard and captured in less than flattering faces, poses and degrees of sketch... (remember the finger-in-nose pic from opening night??) Anyway most the pics are nothing more than a blur caused by the long exposure-minus-tripod effect.....

and how about serving some more style... IT'S A PARTY AFTER ALL and we are all allowed to turn our best PARTY wardrobe, makeup and wigs!

I thought most of the crowds so far at Sonic have had great style. One thing I like about the club and the attitude that goes with it, is that you DONT have to show up in a ing blazer and stacey adams loafers to feel 'accepted'. If style code is what you want, there is always TiL. People should come dressed in what makes them feel comfortable, especially since the majority of the clientele is there to dance - for more than six hours straight.

and yeah, the caps, bold, and big font are all quite annoying.

The drift wasn't caught.... It's not about Prada et. al. style.... Thats sooo YAWWWWNNNN...
I didn't say FASHION... that changes every season... I meant STYLE as in playful, festive, subversive...
I better not elaborate but u probably noticed I said make-up, wigs, blah blah...
so I'm just being ironic...
I'm also aware that not everyone can pull off the kinda style i mentioned... it's Toronto anyway... But it'll be nice to see some of the children SERVE IT on the dance floor.... :)

if the majority of the club showed up in make-up and wigs, these 'children' you speak of would be terrified upon first visit and likely would never return - lol

like you said, we are a club of diversity - and to have that you'll have the gays, the straight, mainstream, underground, etc attending.... and only a small percentage of those mentioned will drape themselves in this 'style' you speak of.

agreed. i happen to be comfortable in my choice in clothes and to request we modify our style to fit a more outlandish "ideal" is rather contrary to an open and accepting club culture that i think all agree should be promoted

and as for the pictures...one always has the choice to turn down pictures and that guy shouldn't have been picking his nose in a club anyway.
