| Amazing night, and absolutely fantastic music. Loved the place. Plenty of room to dance, move around, and the vibe of the crowd was just great. Man I've been waiting for an experience like this in TO. I haven't had as much fun as I did last night in a loooooong while in TO. C&C killed it. HARD HARD HARD beats the whole time. Could't stop moving. Also, twas the first time I was not too shy to come around and meet some of the TA's. Everyone was super nice, and I'm really glad I got to finally meet some of you. RabitJoker, the iconic TA if there ever was one. Amazing night, I don't really know what to say. TO really needed a place like Sonic. |

Awesome night!
Pros:
- No hassles at the door
- Nice warmup set by Sean Miller
- Dirty, dark progressive/tribal with those awesome bell sounds from C&C!
- Club was at optimal capacity, dance floor full with room to move and dance the entire night
Cons:
- Smoking in the cold!
- People spitting out their gum on the hardwood floor and me stepping in it a few times!
Left at about 8:15, and the party was still going strong... Sonic is definitely my new after-hours home. :D |

pretty good nite out
phew... that took so much out of me. i left at 6am so i really couldn't have expected too much, but for what it was it was pretty good. i just would've preferred less lulls and breakdowns and more percussion.. but i know that came later on ;)
have to compliment on sean millers set. for the first time i was impressed and i have to quote floorwhore cause i completely agree ---> "chugged out, funked up house at its finest"
it was good to see a lot of u again that i haven't seen since new years day....... at the same club with the same great DJs :D |

Good times at the pre-meet at Tortilla Flats. Love the new location a million times more, and I think I actually enjoyed my food there for once. The walk to the club was much needed after that meal, even tho it wasn't long enough of a walk.
Smooth sailing getting in, and it seems like we have a permanent 'designated hang out spot' in the club on that upper level. Spent a lot of time hanging out on the couch.
Musically, Sean Miller wins my vote. Maybe it was C&C's set last night, or maybe I just don't like tribal as much as the rest of you do. Either way, I was too 'short circuited' to care. Spangle-lama-la!
Left at 8:45am and on the way out I 'pulled a Graham' and tried to leave through the broom closet. :crazy:
Welcome back Feems! Nice to see sooper & han solo out. Awesome times hanging out w/musicsnob_not and Mark.

Thank you Patrick for letting me borrow your camera... I have wanted this pic for a while now. The kids are going to get a kick out of it! :)
What amazes me most about C&C, is their interaction with the crowd. They are so down to earth & such great guys, who truly enjoy the music, the people and doing what they do! It makes for such an unbeatable vibe. We've seen C&C at least 6 times over the past couple of years and each party has been out of this world... consistency is definitely their thing, but I guess that's what happens when you love what you do so much.
Thanks to everybody for a great night out... sleep time now. :) |

Good times last night/this morning.
Pre-meets are always fun. Happy Birthday to everyone celebrating!!!
Walked over to the club at 12pm. RJ, Jon and I were the first ones there! That didnt last long as the line grew very quickly. No problems getting in, no hassle with coat check. Everything was very much under control. Even the bathrooms barely had a line-up all night. Perfect amount of people there aswell,I was expecting a sardine can.

I completely agree with Nat. Sean Miller was wicked last night. Perfect warm up set. C&C were good, but not as good as they were on New Years. I rocked out nonetheless :D. Im curious to hear how the ending of their set went as I left at around 10:30. Some major bombs were being dropped when we left including "he is" which absolutely blew my mind, insane. :crazy:
This night wouldnt have been memorable without all the friends that were there. For once, I spent most of my night chatting and catching up with people and had a great time. Good friends = good times.
