| anyway i don't mean to sound like a major drug advocate because i'm not. i hate crackheads just as much as the next guy. i just had a problem with some people jumping on other people's backs over nothing. avalon is your club, not mine, so i'll respect whatever concerns you have about it regardless of what i think... |

Ok ok, before this gets out of hand...even though it has :p, let's just stay on topic. I was wondering why alot of yous guys had problems with Avalon so let's just leave it at that. No need to get people's morals involved and start losing friendships over it :)
So we have, penis dancers, ed up old people, pushy crowd?, shemales (lol), fobs, drug use, bad security, lines...did I miss anything?
Also, i've never had a problem with the lines...I don't get what happened with some of you? Just took too long to get in? Something with the list or pre-sales? |

I never had problems with the lines either. Usually, if you buy presale, you should be able to get in with no problems. |

I'd bet that other Hollywood bars and clubs have just as many people on something (more likely Coke), but they don't go around posting that on message boards.

To critize the Avalon security b/c they kicked you out for smoking or whatever is stupid. Security did its job - you were doing something illegal and they took action. The last thing we need is Circus and Avalon having problems like the NYC clubs had recently. |

Ive always had problems with the lines at Avalon. Maybe Im not aggressive enough but seriously I have had people cut in front of me, generally be dicks, the lines not open on time etc.
Now back to why Spundae is 1000x better then avalon. There is one reason and one reason only to me.
THE FOOD. Sometimes when I have been dancing for 4-5 hours I need something to eat. At Spundae I just walk to the patio grab some of that great food and then back on the dance floor.
Cant do that at Avalon. I also tend to feel trapped at Avalon, theres no real outside place like at Spundae.
To me that really contributes to a great clubbing experience.
Oh yeah and the crowds at Avalon really get on my nerves. |

the energy comes from the speed its normally laced with. god damn i hate the media and DEA.
FYI the DEA is the" only organization in the USA that has no defined budget since their budget increases EVERY year. if they go over it doesnt matter since they are "protecting" the public. |

What about the danger dogs they sell outside? Ya, I know there aren't any Ins and Outs at Avalon. |
