Sweden is playing against Finland at home right now without their biggest stars, Zlatan Ibrahimbitch, Henke Larsson and Fredrik Ljungberg.

Noticable is that Finland has been a lot better, and Sweden is really missing those players. Also, Nicklas Alexandersson is playing as RB and isn't doing a good job.

Erik Edman looks really bad too, but that's because he hasn't been playing for Rennes for a pretty long time now, Injury.

Elmander has had one good oppurtunity while Källström has passed to his chance. Rosenberg hasn't been any good either, but not bad either. It's hard to play when you don't get any good balls, and when you're playing with the exact type in the attack.

0-0 at halftime.

I don't. Actually I think it's more likely that everyone is underestimating Trinidad & Tobago - Sweden got a good history of playing good against the good teams and awefully crappy against the bad ones (world cup 2002 for example...).

Senegal wasn't mate, They were playing at their highest level in 2002.
zoric
Btw, Sweden had a really bad game today. Alexandersson can't play RB and needs to be switched.

Too bad they didn't bring Östlundh or Andersson with them..

Yes, but we should have beaten them still! ;)

Also remember we barely won over Nigeria, at the same time as we played 1-1 with argentina (who were favorites), and 1-1 against England.

I always had respect for Nigeria during the last World Cup, even though they weren't as good as they were in earlier tournaments.

I still think England is pretty overrated, and that Paraguay has better chances to go through the group. Wouldn't surprise me at all if England was knocked out.

Lagerbäck needs to find a better alternative on the RB. Otherwise we'll have huge problems as it's now. Would be nice with a quick improvement from Alexandersson on that position though..

Edman also looked quite out of form, but that's because of his injury earlier this season at Rennes.

I couldn't see the game, but we can only hope things get better cause a tie with Finland isn't really a whole lot to brag about!
