Smoke breaks at work

I was just noticing today that people who smoke seem to get more breaks from work. At least at the two places that I work. Usually there's a lunch break and one or two fifteen minute breaks (depending on how long you're working). But I've noticed that people who smoke go out to have a cigarette a few times on TOP of these breaks.
Does this happen where you work?
I dunno about you but I feel robbed! Why do people who smoke get more breaks than I do? :(
I don't really care that much I guess. I sort of get extra breaks b/c I get to surf on TA most of the time. I was just wondering what you all thought. |

My department (electronics) is small, there's only 5 of us. We used to have a problem with one dude who used to be in our section who would go "to the office for something" then come back reeking of smoke.
Either that or he'd flat out say "I'm going for a smoke". :mad:
It's actually an issue all over my work that management hasnt caught onto yet. |

We have this problem at work aswell.
Ive replaced "smoke break" with "biscotti break" when I need some me time, lol. |

What you say is very true. Its part of the social side of smoking where we can use our addiction to slack off more.
I like being a smoker not smoking.
And with that said its break time. |

I see what ur saying... I am on the same quit smoking spree - I havent quit it completely but I have kind acut down on it severely...
I feel hungry all the time because of it...:( :)
