oh and i always ask for extra pizza sauce because i like to dip my pizza in it. mmmmmmmmmmm!
and i'm not talking about some papa johns crap, although i DO like pappa johns...but i'm talking about real NY style pizza from like Mario the Baker (BEST PIZZA EVER), or wherever you're favorite little mom & pop pizza joint is. |

well, if i ask for "extra sauce" on the pizza as a topping, then a lot of times, the pizza dough doesn't get cooked all the way through...kinda like if you order too many toppings. hahah i'm like the damn pizza expert!
so instead, i just ask for a little extra side of sauce...like the tomato sauce they use on the pizza, usually it's got herbs and garlic or whatever...kinda like spaghetti sauce, but not quite. so i just take my slice of pizza, and dip it in the sauce a little with each bite. not everyone does that though. they usually just say, "extra sauce" as a topping. |

This reminds me of Seinfeld, the best pizza is the Original Famous Rays pizza on 11th and 6th.

i do the same thing. i love dippin . marinara sauce maybe? i dunno what it's called. "pizza sauce" i guess.
i'm the works-type pizza guy. the more toppings, the better. taco pizza is f t ing w. extra taco sauce and sour cream.. mmm. |

For the me the cardinal order of pizza creation is
Dough > Sauce > Toppings
I don't understand people who like mushrooms as a topping. It doesn't seem to add anything in either the texture or the flavour department. |

yeah, taco pizzas rock. but it depends on where i get it from. A few place i got them from kinda suck, but others kick ass. Damn im hungry now. If any pizza places were open now i'd prolly have 1 delivered for breakfast :p |

i work third shift right now, i'm about to go to bed, but i'd still eat a taco pizza right now. jamie posting about pizza ftl.
mushrooms add to the texture dude. they don't taste like anything but its more to bite into. adds a little variety. |

see, i'm not a big fan of pizzas that are basically like other food. never understood BBQ pizza or taco pizza or philly cheese steak pizza. that's like dumb stoner food. pizza should be pizza.
well i DID have BBQ chicken pizza one time from papa johns when i was stoned, and it was really good. lol |
