And if Crouch scores, I'm so hoping he does the Robo move... that'd be sick!!! lol

That's the main reason why England is in my sig now.

I want to see him doing that in the World Cup!

I hope he won't be able to do it.

PARAGUAY!!!!!!

4-0

It'll be interesting to see how Paraguay is playing, England is definate favourites. Still hoping for a draw or something like that, as long as England doesn't win, I'm happy.

But England is very strong indeed.

We have a lot of media pressure on us, and that is our main obstacle, if they get their noses out & let us concentrate, we can go far, if not, we'll be 1/4 final at best again

The media can be a good thing, but on the other hand, they're always looking for something to write about.

That's why I've always thought it's for the best that everyone involved in the national teams has to concentrate on the games and not on the media. It's very confusing for those players who're giving everything to be in the World Cup and play it.

English media is really ed up sometimes, but I can only compare it to the Serbian media which always tries to find something negative about teams and how they're doing. Every single step is followed closely.

For an example.

Dragan Stojkovic, a former player of Yugoslavia had to comment on Ilija Petkovic's decison to take out Dusan Petkovic (his son) on the team. He said it was scandalous, and the whole thing became something of a process against Dusan Petkovic who was glad he just made the team, even though he knew that he wouldn't play much. It all ended up with him leaving the squad after playing on game (which he scored in against FC Kärnten) and being with the team for five days.

Media has to trust the managers, and not make them confused about their own way of coaching and managing their teams.

I'm very sure England can get through if they could concentrate on their way of playing.

Sorry for this essay :haha:
Martinez
