well, the last news are quite positive! he said he could be back against italy!

we´ll see, it´s not that serious how it looked like first, though.

Ghana won´t beat us. Just won´t. They´re chaotic and unorganized.

overconfident already?

Ghana's strongest point is the midfield as well, teams might match each other. Altho I'd have to say Czech Rep are clearly favourites now.

Ghana hasn't played USA, and Czech Republic hasn't played Italy yet. We'll see..

The result I wanted, and expected to see from both teams.
I did wonder at wether USA would get a goal, as their attacks at times did look promising, I just think that the Czech players, made more of what they had.
Good game.

Thomas Rosicky in top form. Very good game by the Tschechs. USA wasnt that bad, but they had no chance aginst that massive Tschech team.

that's some great news, hope he will be back and help the team to get a victory over Italy. :)

USA was out classed in this match. the czechs were faster, more determined, and just a much better team. the US showed the same spirit and hustle as they did against Morocco. i was pretty disappointed that eddie johnson didnt get the start but i guess arena wasnt sure if he was ready to play in the world cup. getting three points against the italians is a must if we want to advance. i dont see anyone preventing the czechs from advancing.

You really have to wonder about the coach when a team plays like that, the U.S. should have been schooled about the Czechs and prevent them from doing what Koller did right off the mark. I always had questions about the U.S. back 4 and they looked lost. Pope just looked like an MLS player, playing against Koller in the box on that goal, not to mention the wide open cross that led to it, poor marking on the wing. I don't see how this squad is recovering from this performance. They might simply crash out, overrated lot in my book. Hope I'm wrong. They can't even run an effective counter up the field, much less score.
