Sure the Czechs are favored to win but 3-0 thrashing? Yeah right. |
You were saying? ;)
Seems like I was right after all, the Czechs dominated the entire game. |

What a crap game. The only USA player who ACTUALLY DID SOMETHING was trailerpark boy JOhnson :) match overall: average Cezch :nervous: |
Too bad Johnson was never taught how to put a ball on goal. I have never met a guy who shoots the ball over and wide of the posts than this guy. The whole team stunk. As a U.S. footie fan I was embarassed. Eddie Pope(bumb), Convey(overrated), Oguchwe or whatever his name is (scared of the big stage). I hope for better luck and I will be rooting for a win in the Italy game but I don't see where the goals are coming from. |

USA was tooooo slow. They also dont have a very great player, nothing like Nedved who has name..so that plays as well. Nedved reminds me alot of Steve Nash in basketball. They have simmilar style of playing.
Czechs looked good, but not the best team so far in the cup. I like Germany from all right now. |

The US totally let us down. Czech is a very strong team, but still, the US played like absolute . I wouldn't mind so much if they had lost while giving it their all... but this showing was just sad.
Even the ESPN commentator just said "the US got smoked" |
My sentiments exactly even if they didn't beat the Czechs make a contest of it, this was dirt easy for the Czechs from the first 5 minutes when Koller made Pope look like a horses backside. |

I doubt it. If Italy wins today (which I think they will) then we will have a chance againts them. If they lose, then the U.S chances are very slim. |

Well, Eddie Johnson looked the most impressive US player to me. Missing the post several times by inches equals to good finishing in my opinion. He was the most dangerous guy for them. |

:haha: :haha: :haha: You got that right, especially when the U.S move the ball upfield like a bunch of old people. They simply cannot counter. |

+1. I hope Bruce Arena will start him off next game. He did an amazing job. |

| I just hope Italy and Ghana finish tied, that gives us a semblance of chance going into the Italy game. |
