i ing pulled my shoulder muscle at work today. :( got sent home early. its super swollen and ing hurts.
when is a good time to stop icing it? ive been icing it for like 2 straight hours and my shoulder is ing red and hurts. is there such a thing as over icing it? |

Seriously though if everyone else sucks I guess I'll postpone my Toronto trip till the next Ultra Spin or something (if they have people I'm interested, hopefully they got B&J again)
I would def want to go to Cali again for a good party so I'd rather save my money if the lineup is weak. |

man the TOTA's were harassing me a bit cuz Blank and JOnes are gonna be at Guvernment the week before LOL.. i just don't think KoolHaus is gonna be open. :\ |

I've been laying in bed watching the world cup for the past few hours, but now i have to get off my ass and get ready for class tonite. arrgh.

yup, yup. that's what i've been doing all day lol. unfortunately i have to head to work at 6. and i'm going to miss the finals. the games have been great today though :) |
