yup

kind of reminds me of the whole "there might be a tsunami tomorrow so lets buy everything we can to prepare ourselves!" attitude which the media injects into us

it's not a horrible song, but nothing amazing either. i don't think its the end of the world or music like some say. however, i'm sick of her altogether. she's on tv, magazines, movies, etc. and now music. i guess the label she's famous for nothing has disappeared.

By that same token of fairness, then, Rihanna's hit is much bigger than either of them put together.

What's your point? That popularity should trump originality?

I doubt Rihanna's version is gonna be remembered as well as Soft Cell's version is. its an 80s classic.

i just watched the video today, it's awful!! her voice is so layered and filtered to make it sound like she can sing, but that song is just too bad and poor.

a colab Tiësto feat. Paris Hilton
a possible Darude Sandstorm 2006 Remix-version and Scooter Ripoff-cover also

that would be something

I saw that video today, and I thought it was a good tune, some of you really need to lighten up. That one with the tainted love sample in it is all over the tv right now too, I don't like that one quite as much. But really, these pop girl tunes are not going away any time soon, and they really aren't that bad if you just enjoy them for what they are rather than weighing them against any sort of demand for music that is "sophisticated" or whatever the friggin buzzword is that you would rather use.

I like paris's lazy eye, I have one that matches, she gives hope to all people with asymetrical faces that they can also be hot :teef: That and her lyrics, the whole being naughty part and whatnot, it really wasn't that bad, I always tought she was a stupid bitch but it doesn't stop me from liking the song.

Doubtful. A lot of classics have been sampled or covered and the new version has faded away while the classic is still the one we remember. Unless someone does a much better job of the track than the original version.

Orko
The saddest thing, it is better than most of whats on the radio.

If you have the money and connections, why not try what ever you want? If I had the money I would buy a car racing team, even though I don't have a license.

She is lucky that she can experience most of her dreams.
