Awesome, awesome time!! It was great to have my NYC crew there as well....4 more showed up after the block party, so there were like 8 of us or so joining you wikked tota's for the party :)
MO: He has always been an amazing opener, but I was barely paying attention bc I was getting introduced to mad people, and still tired from 3 hours of sleep the night before....I got over that quick when.....
Armin: What the fak do you want me to say?? everyone knows he is my fav dj by a landslide....He signed my little sign that I made in thanks for his epic Tobacco Warehouse show....He looked at it, gave me a big smile and a point, drew what I think was a little tear down his cheek (maybe a symbolism of shedding a tear after the last song in Brooklyn??) then gave me a little bow :) hehe cute....problem was, random strangers saw the sign and wanted to take 50 million pics with me and the sign.....and then...ask me 50 million questions about NYC and why I was there.....shiiiite...whatta distraction all night!! ......Armins set was the and he played Helsinski for me so stfu to everyone who hates ;) Even the househeads were dancning....loved the mix of hard and soft...HOT!!! Can't beat the man biting his lip all night either...I wanted to pounce him :)
Chilled upstairs in the skybar for junkie...thats when I got hounded by Brooklyn-sign-lovers, so I missed the whole friggin set :whip:
Ferry: , the man was killing me for the first 90 minutes, then after that showed me why the fak I love him so much.....I LOVE the mix of hard electro beats and trance, its the perfect combo for me. It helps to have friends who are ferry obsessed surrounding you....you could feel the love in that place (lisa, cale, Calvin (sp?)shay, etc) ....awesome as well that ferry remembered me....I hope he doesn't still think I am a prostitute!! :nervous: (for those who weren't in NYC, he asked me what I did for a living, and when I said I was getting my masters for sex therapy, his english "misunderstood" and thought I was a prossy...hehe we had a good laugh when he figured it out!!:) :) oops! I shoulda clarified!! ;) :) In anycase, ferry had me dancing till the bitter freakin end, and I didn't wanna stop...I coulda danced for 5 more hours...not an ounce of tiredness!! I wanted to cry when the music stopped....
Overall great time....I looked faking disgusting by the time armin was over, and I wasn't even hot....but the place felt like it had water IN the air....just faking wet everywhere in that place!! :whip: WTF guv, get on top of that !! :whip: I am trying to look hot in T-dot and you are making it very difficult. :( Whatta gross night.. :(
To the tota's...you have great energy (especially KEFFKA...holy man you rock it, dood..now get in the labour of love red pumps and you might be nada) ;) Fahad, you were killin it too babes! WHAT!!
You guys once again made sure I was having a great time all night (wow, I never knew a buncha people could be so hospitable in a club, but thanks for reppin how great you toronto peeps can be.
I have a million fun stories, but my reviews are long enough so deal wit it !! ;) :) Maybe in a few days when my wrist recovers :)
PS: Sasha: holy fak you are tall!! :crazy: Who knew? Wish I had gotten to chance to say more than a few words, but hell it was loud and time to dance ;) |

| It was pretty good, the place was way too overcrowded though and I pretty much didn't have any energy left after Armin's set, but I guess I was tired even before that because I had to drive from Cleveland. The music was great and I enjoyed every second of it. But unfortunately afterwards our car got broken into and our passports and stuff got stolen so we had to drive around and make a police report, and then wait at the border for like 2 hours because they wouldn't let us pass without the papers. Overall a pretty good experience aside from the break in part. |

Thanks Nada.
The heat, sweat droplets from the ceiling, and the dense crowd was expected in the KoolHaus. But the water bottles and cans on the floor ppl were kicking them around while dancing and others would just step on them and would throw em off balance and ruin the flow. It sux.
Great vids ppl. SHAYA....OMG awesome video. Its the closest thing to being there! Great memories!
