Thats massive. You've obviously never swum at a high level, so shut the up if you don't know what you're talking about.

Wow, don't be such an ass. I even said that it was just the first results I had, and sure, it may be a "big" difference in the sport, but in a general term, she wasn't far behind.

Here's another:

Chinese swimmer Qi Hui breaks the Asia record and national record in the women's 200m breaststroke with a time of 2 minutes 24.21 seconds. Her record has also gone beyond the former Olympic record.

And another:

Teenager Leisel Jones showed her superiority by winning the 200m breaststroke at the Commonwealth Games.

The 16-year-old Australian won in a time of two minutes 25.93 seconds.

She was only 16!!

So this whole "men are physically superior" thing is bull.

Lets look at the fact
Mens record: 2:08
Womens record: 2:23

Wow, have a superiority complex or something? Can't handle the thought that perhaps women could be better than you at something? Get over yourself you tard.

And if you wouldn't mind providing your sources on those records... because from what I am seeing, those aren't necessarily accurate.

P.S. That is only ONE thing, specific to one race, and sport. If you look at the grand scheme of things, and factor in what I said about the ratio of professional men to women, I can hardly see what your point is.

Not a huge difference, and that isn't even necessarily the "record" for both men and women, that was just the results I got for "best 200m. Breaststroke" search.

i honestly wonder where you get your bull opinions from sometime. the reason women and men are separated in sport is because they are physically different and at a disadvantage.

i guarantee you every single world record in which speed, size, strength or stamina is important the men will always have the better record. so no, youre wrong.

Not to mention, it has been proven that women have a higher threshold to pain tolerance.

this is just another thing you quote that you dont have any proof of. it hasnt been "proven" at all. there might be a few studies lying around that suggest it, but thats hardly stellar evidence. dont repeat things as facts when theyre not.

YOU, YOU ARE THE SOURCE! I am using YOUR evidence. the evidence YOU provided.

ok, cos I'm a nice guy I went to the FINA website and looked up the current WRs.
Mens 200 Breast 2:02
Womens 200 Breat 2:17
The women's time was set by your poster girl Liesel, 3 years ago. She's now 21 or 22, so besides the fact she hasn't improved any in 3 years she's now around her peak and still 15 seconds slower than the men.

50 Free
Men 21.1
Women 23.6
2.5 seconds over 50 metres is huge again

100 Baack
Men 50 flat
Women 56.7
6.7 is huge again

1500 Free
Men 14:10
Women 15:42
huge

200 IM
Men 4:00
Women 4:27
huge

(Why am I using swimming? Because YOU did).

I have no probs if women are better than men, but every single piece of evidence shows that women are slower. No inferiority complex there cos theres no fact that the women's is faster than the mens.

Face the facts, women are slower than men. Until you can provide evidence saying otherwise it'll remain fact.

How do you put up results of women being slower and then make calims such as "So this whole "men are physically superior" thing is bull", when what you are saying is that women are slower!

and what is the ratio of men to women in professional sport?

sport is big big business. you know one of the reasons there are more men in professional sport? because theres more money in promoting the very best sports with the very best athletes. which are men.

its got nothing to do with nutter having a superiority complex, its about someone saying things that are obviously not true.

as for your timing in the swimming, 15 seconds is ing huge in a 200m race, that girl wouldnt have made the final of the men's. so whats your point?
Theresa
Meh, I am not going to defend the entire female race against a bunch of sexist morons on the internet.

One thing, that in my opinion, definitively proves that men are below women in so many cases, is that women don't feel the need to undermine men to make themselves feel better about their own shortcomings.
