Sign up to livesets.com, they have a section for purely "minimal" sets.
Good selection of sets altho some I wouldn't term as this category.
Anything from:

Donacho costello
Dapayk
magda
pan-pot
ryan crosson
dan bell
etc.
Should get you on the right track. |
