that's it...trying to avoid student loans as much as possible...they will only be a last resort. I have just taken a second job and i have a mutual fund that will pay for most of the rest of my schooling...all of my bachelors, and some of my Masters. I've paid for all of my Associate's with my savings account. |

I've got a few rental properties and one big mortgage to pay off for all of them, it was a lot more but I sold all my shares at the start of the week. :nervous:
