| i have no debt, and a lot of savings. my mom made me pay off every credit card bill in the full balance since i was fifteen and then told me i had to put 40% of each pay check in savings when i got a job. i thought it was stupid at the time but now i am psyched. |

TDYs are nice. mine paid all my closing costs on my house....and then some. haha (and that was stateside!) |

no debt :)
most i've ever been in debt is £1,150 for college tuition but my grandparents loaned me the money for that so there was no rush to get it paid back. |

ya.. i was TDY for 11 months in 04... the army actually paid me $1000 a month just for food...and paid my over $1000 a month hotel bill (BOQ)...
then i had base pay... that was when i was an O-1...
i need me some more TDY... w00t, but alas no.. im in the middle of a dreadfull PCS stint in Oklahoma... |

they stopped you guys from moving too? all AF officer jobs are now 4 years, not 2-3. so i'm in shreveport for a loooong time.
i was in biloxi for 3 months, and got roughly $3800 for the total time in tdy pay (food, lodging, travel (mileage)). plus base pay. |
