One of the worst opening sets I ever heard was when DJ Dan was @ Sound-Bar in early April. I'm not going to name any names but the last track he played before Dan came on was Tiesto's Lethal Industry. How are you going to play that before the #1 House DJ in the world?! The song before that was a booty remix of House of Pain-- Jump Around. The look on Dan's face was priceless. He kicked Lethal Industry off in less than 30 seconds. |

| DJ Dan is a house DJ? I musta missed the memo.. wait.. if a DJ doesn't play trance, and doesn't play breakbeat.. does it automatically mean they are house? |

I guess if music isn't trance, classical, breakbeat, rap, or country, then it must be house.  . I was there for DJ Dan, I did not hear one "house" track. But, what do I know about house music. :disbelief |

Pullano. Ryan Pullano. Regular @ Rino, Enclave, Stone Lotus, etc. I agree, may not have been his best opening set, he's definitely opened better in the past. I normally ask openers to keep it @ 125-126 bpm and have been known to yell at them if they do not listen (especially on the mic).
