Ok I just talked to the office @ LL
Hes INSIDE and yes GOING TO BE PACKED.
No here.. Just know its way over sold and I know it WONT be fun.

Why cant someone build a good club around DFW and bring these guys there instead.. bahhh

I've heard good reviews of a club out in Addison, forgot the name but John Digweed played a set there. |

Prototype... I'd Rather fly to LA and see JXL @ Avalon for a 90min set than suffer with TOP DJs in Dallas.
That brings up another issue.
I talked to Tom (jxl) last yr about his gig at LL. Tom.. 90min..wtf
He said its all they wanted from him. :whip: |

I moved here almost 3yrs ago so I could take a break from LA and buy a home.. something you cant do in LA. Anyways no club scene was a blow. I knew what I was in for but I also had hoped that Dallas was just a few yrs behind the bigger club cities. Even LA was working there ass off to get Tiesto and Paul back in 01-02. They have them now. When will Dallas promoters Feel the Vibe and know the people are WAITING..HELLO.
I think there scared to book a big place for the mainliners.
FIND A VENUE OF SIZE and CLASS. It will fill. |
