1) I don't like trance, and I don't think PVD's anything special anyway
2) no way will I pay $40 to see anything that I'm not really pumped about, which includes a lot of DJ's that I actually like. I'd consider going to meet/hang out with TA's if it were closer to $10
3) if TA's wanted to meet up and then go somewhere else than PVD, I'd be down
4) EMBEDDING A PLAYER THAT STARTS PLAYING SOUND ON ITS OWN IS, AT BEST, ING ANNOYING. someone please moderate that and whoever posted, don't do it again. just post a link, if people want to hear it they'll click.

I ing hate that argument, because it's flat bull. If they ever were, these boards stopped being exclusively about Trance years and years ago. By no means is TA, or should you expect it to be, a 100% concensus loving trance. People come here to discuss all types of electronic music, and because it's a great resource for finding out about events. Diversity of musical taste helps keep the community together.
I didn't bash PVD. I didn't even say anything bad about him. Saying that I don't think he's special is an expression of my own personal taste in music, not an empirical judgement on PVD's abilities. If I was slamming anything, it's the ridiculous price of the tickets.
Cyberjoe: thanks for fixing, sorry for yelling. things on the internet playing sound when I don't ask them to is a pet peeve of mine. And you might get to meet me on Sat, because I'll probably be in town for a different party. So if this pre-PVD meetup (I presume outside of the club) happens, I'll stop by.

1) What do you like? I used to think the same way, but quickly remebered all the tracks this man has produced and his climb to stardom. Seeing how there are so many Trancelovers on here, I thought that was pretty f*cked up to say. Honestly I found it insulting.
2) There is ways around this. You wouldn't have to pay 40 bucks if you got the presales fo 30 early on. Considering that there is a guestlist for this event I would say sign up and get their early. There are other Djs playing in other rooms this night bro. You can always chill in those rooms too.
3) Why would TA's wanna be anywhere else but 1015 this Saturday? Would be kinda dumb seeing how PVD is going to be in the house.
4) I thought that was kinda rude, but then again DaveT gave me reason to change my player on my post. I get annoyed too sometimes, so I decided to change my video player to a click to play one. I started thinkin the same thing like when Im at work and I click something.
All in all everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Saying you dont like Trance on a Trance/EDM forum is kinda dumb.
Shooting Star 4, This sounds like fun. Seeing how a few TA's will be leaving here and there, it would be good to get everyone together.
Name the place and Ill be there. Sh*t, if the hot dog guy is around the corner id be down for that. (I think rizen would agree) But I think we should meet up early, we are all going to have a hell of a time trying to find parking around the club.
